Knitting Kit including pattern and yarn for a loose cardigan with highlighted statement stripes in stockinette stitch and garter stitch over body and sleeves

Structure:

The cardigan is worked top down with raglan increases – every few rows there are additional increases after the first and before the last st of a rsr to shape the V-neck. The first colour change for the statement stripes takes place shortly before the sleeves are separated from the body and the body is finished with in total 2 colour blocking statement stripes and a ribbed hem in the main colour. The sleeves are knitted in rounds (e. g. using the Magic Loop Technique) and there are in total 3 colour blocking statement stripes on each sleeve, until the sleeves are finished in a ribbed hem in the main colour too. In the end, you will attach a button band in 1x1 ribbing in the main colour.

Bust circumference finished cardigan:
106 | 113 (123 | 133) with a positive ease of around 15 to 20 cm

Total length of the cardigan:
52 | 56 (60 | 64) cm – the length can be easily adjusted, but please note that you might need more yarn than indicated in the pattern

Sleeve length (measured from the armpits to the wrists):

37 cm (+ 3 cm hem)

Sleeve circumference:

43 | 45 (50 | 53) cm
