Knitting Pattern in English for a Short Summer Top with Small Straps and a Slightly Ruffled Body for an Airy and Light Feeling - Sizing is made up individually with clear instructions and there are also concrete numbers for sizes XS | S | M (L | XL | 2XL) 3XL | 4XL.
 
Structure:
The summer top has mall straps and a slightly ruffled body for an airy feeling. The top is knitted top down, starting with the double knitted hem around your high bust circumference. Afterwards, you are going to pick up stitches along the double knitted hem for the body. The front part and the armpits are shaped with German Short Rows and additionally, you are going to work increases for the ruffled look of the body.
Afterwards, the body is worked in stockinette stitch in rounds until you reach the length for your individual size. In the end, the straps are added and they are worked in double knitting too. Finally, the straps are sewn to the back part of your top using the mattress stitch.
The length is cropped for an airy look of the ruffled top, but of course it can be made longer if you prefer. Please note, that you will then need more yarn than indicated in the pattern.
As the summer top can be adapted to your individual measurements, it is possible to use every yarn and needle size you like! In this pattern, there are specific numbers for the Easy Breezy Yarn by We Are Knitters or similar yarn on 5.5 mm knitting needles.
 
Level of Difficulty: as there are several videos explaining the more difficult techniques, the pattern is doable by beginner knitters too.

- 5.5 mm circular knitting needles and 3.5 mm double pointed needles (DPNs)
-  Darning needle
-  Stitch markers/left overs, scissor
-  measuring tape
 
Knitting Tension:
10x10 cm
= 16 sts x 20 rs in stockinette stitch on 5.5 mm knitting needles in rounds (wet blocked)
= 19 sts x 17 rs in double knitting on 3,5 mm knitting needles (wet blocked) for the double knitted hem

High Bust Measurements of the Finished Top:
your individual measurement = high bust circumference minus 3-5 cmorintotal80|85|90(95|105 | 115) 125 | 135 cm with a negative ease of 3-5 cm.
Length of the Body (Back Part):
